Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Orders will ship within two (2) to five (5) business days (excluding holidays, sick days and vacations) via USPS or UPS, with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you directly from Shopify.  

Mistakes can happen.  If you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your order.  Also email us photos of the packaging along with all products inside the package.  If packages are damaged and items or missing or damaged, we have to file a claim through USPS, UPS or Shopify. 

Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us at geauxglitterco2022@gmail.com.  We will ship the missing item(s) once cause is determined.  If it is a damaged box, we must file a claim, so this may take a few days. 

Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 10 AM CST to 4 PM CST "Excluding US Federal Holidays" and Vacations and Sick Days.
