Application — Glitter Method
Apply a generous, even coat of Geaux Bond.
For Fine or Medium glitter, lightly smooth or tap Geaux Bond with your brush to create your desired texture. For Chunky Mixes, Geaux Bond can be applied without smoothing the brush strokes.
Apply glitter while Geaux Bond is still wet.
Allow to dry thoroughly before sealing. Drying time will vary depending on the thickness of application and environmental conditions.
Application — Tack-It Method
Apply an even coat of Geaux Bond with a brush.
Before Geaux Bond completely dries, gently pat the surface with a soft brush to help remove visible brush strokes.
Allow Geaux Bond to dry until tacky. Lightly tap your finger on random areas to check for dryness. If no product transfers to your finger, it is ready for the next step.
Sealing Geaux Bond
Geaux Bond is designed to remain tacky until another product is adhered to it.
When applying glitter, foil flakes, pigments, or similar materials, sealing after application is recommended before applying epoxy to help prevent repelling.
UV Resin may also be used as a sealer when appropriate for your project.
