Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Geaux Glitter Co. has a No Refund / No Return Policy unless an error was made by Geaux Glitter Co. during order fulfillment.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you believe an error was made with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at geauxglitterco2022@gmail.com. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Damaged Packages

All orders shipped through USPS, UPS, or other carriers include shipping protection and insurance through the shipping service purchased at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package before opening.
  2. Take photos of all damaged contents.
  3. Contact Geaux Glitter Co. immediately at geauxglitterco2022@gmail.com.
  4. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

The carrier may require photographs of both the package and damaged contents in order to process your claim.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Geaux Glitter Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

All shipments include tracking information that is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If your package is lost or marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • File a claim with the carrier if applicable.
  • Notify Geaux Glitter Co. so we can assist with any documentation needed.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.


Product Variations

Many of our products are manufactured, blended, or produced in batches. Slight variations may occur.

Glitter

Glitter colors may vary slightly between production runs and restocks. While we strive for consistency, manufacturers cannot guarantee an exact color match from batch to batch.

3D Printed Products

Colors of 3D printed products may vary based on material availability. When a specific color is unavailable, a similar color may be substituted in order to prevent shipping delays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect item was shipped by Geaux Glitter Co.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • An order fulfillment error was made by Geaux Glitter Co.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Handmade Products

Some products offered by Geaux Glitter Co. are handmade. Minor imperfections may occur and are considered a normal part of the handmade process. These characteristics do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Safety & Product Use

All products sold by Geaux Glitter Co. are intended for craft use only.

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, safety guidelines, and recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Geaux Glitter Co. is not responsible for misuse of products or damages resulting from improper use.
